Moscato d’Asti DOCG

Moscato is one of the oldest grapes in the world dating back to Ancient Greek and Roman times where numerous writings refer to it as “Muscatellum”. It is lightly sparkling with a unique floral aroma and modest alcohol content that makes it the ideal accompaniment to desserts and pastries.

Grape: Moscato

Vinification: gently pressed and the must then refrigerated and filtered. Natural fermentation takes place in “autoclave” (under pressure) before bottling.

Ageing: 1 month in bottle.

Notes: brilliant straw yellow with delicate lime hints. Slightly sweet with low alcohol (c5°) Lightly sparkling with very fine bubbles. Persistent aromatic, floral and fruity nose typical of the variety.

Serving Suggestion: with fruit, chocolate, cake and desserts.
